Jyoti World’s Utility Cases are injection-molded hard-shell protective cases engineered for the safe transport and storage of sensitive instruments, tools, and equipment.

The Protective Carrying Cases manufactured with Polypropylene to deliver verified impact resistance, dimensional stability, and moisture control, backed by ASTM and ISO test data. Built for defence procurement, PSU field use, and industrial B2B applications where protection is non-negotiable.

  • Polypropylene Construction — High impact grades deliver superior stiffness, impact
    absorption, and dimensional stability over standard PP.
  • ASTM-Verified Impact Resistance — Izod Notched Impact of 12.12 kg/cm² (ASTM D-
    256); Tensile Strength of 187 kg/cm² (ASTM D-638). Not just claimed, tested and
    documented.
  • Four-Point Heavy-Duty Latch System — Dual latches on each long face ensure
    secure closure under transport vibration and drop conditions with provision for padlocks.
  • Integrated Wheel Kit & Retractable Handle — Mobility is built in as an optional
    accessory, while the Retractable Handle is standard
  • Structural Ribbed Shell — Injection-moulded ribbing across the lid and base reinforces
    the case against torsional stress and side-impact loads.
  • Weather and Moisture Resistant — Moisture content of raw material controlled to
    ≤0.05% (tested at 0.029%); closed-shell design protects contents from dust and
    humidity. Capable of resistance from IP 65 to IP 68 ratings.
  • ID Label Window — Integrated label recess on the lid for asset tagging, RFID, case
    identification, and inventory management.
  • Customisable Interior — Optional foam inserts, dividers, and trays available; can be
    configured to fit specific instruments or component sets.
  • Stackable Form Factor — Consistent exterior geometry allows stable vertical stacking
    for storage and transit.
  • Manufactured in India — Produced at Jyoti World’s Khadki facility under ISM-compliant
    quality processes with full batch traceability.
