Every mold undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy and functional integrity. Our tool room engineering team verifies critical parameters against design specifications using advanced equipment such as CMM. Each tool undergoes structured trial runs supported by Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize process parameters, material behavior, and part performance. These trials help identify and eliminate defects such as warpage, sink marks, flash, and dimensional variation. Necessary adjustments are made to both tooling and processing conditions to achieve optimal fill, cooling balance, and cycle efficiency. Tools are then validated through a strategic qualification process to ensure they meet all client expectations, with CP and CPK capability measurements confirming consistency and performance before production begins.
