Job Role/Responsibilities:

Oversee the injection moulding installed Robots
Manage robot setup, , EOAT change , start-up, and shut-down procedures.
Identify and resolve technical issues with Robo during molding machines.
Ensure Robots are running at optimal performance.
Monitor (process / program) parameters and make necessary adjustments.
Improve efficiency by reducing cycle time during molding, Parts to run with robot
Ensure that produced parts meet quality specifications and standards.
Work with the Quality Control team to address defects and implement corrective actions.
Train and guide team members on best practices in robotics operations
Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
Maintain Spare management as per requirement
Prepare & maintain the Weekly / Monthly/ Yearly Maintaince for the robots
