1. Measuring all instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge and Hieight
gauge
2. Must operate VMM and CMM
3. Perform mold inspection report as per part drawing
4. Creating and maintaining documentation related to tooling specifications, processes,
and project reports
5. Working closely with design and production teams, manufacturing operations
managers, and engineers to ensure tooling needs are met and to address any issues or
improvements required
6. Review technical data such as CAD drawings, blueprints, and samples for compliance
with project specifications and current industry standard
7. Develop documentation on tooling to be used
skill in CMM, VMM, other basic measuring instruments
