Maintain daily tool room job records, machine reports, spare parts, and complete documentation for audits.
Prepare job cards for all mold elements based on design profiles, including planning time and data tracking.
Plan process sequences, inspect all operations, and ensure jobs move correctly between workstations.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, job execution, site monitoring, and timely material delivery.
Analyze and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Ensure correct material placement, critical dimensions, and proper instructions to machine operators and programmers.
Prepare Gantt charts for new molds and update weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans for all tool room machines.
