Operate and program VMC/CNC machines with Mitsubishi controllers, handling 2D and 3D machining using PowerMill based on CAD data.
Perform complex profiling, tool and cutter selection, ATC usage, and job setup to achieve tight dimensions and superior surface finish, including on materials above 50 HRC.
Execute optimized machining strategies for various materials such as steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and high-hardness alloys.
Conduct preventive maintenance, follow daily machine checklists, maintain 5S standards, and ensure machine reliability.
Independently manage job setting, measuring instruments, and operate up to two simultaneously
