Generate programs for simple and complex profiles and operate wire-cut machines efficiently.
Perform job setting using proper clamping accessories and guide operators, including new joinees.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance, machine checks, PH monitoring, and breakdown prevention.
Maintain and update program sheets, DPR, production plans, and records for consumables and spares; coordinate with purchase and machine suppliers.
Inspect machined parts for quality, maintain 5S standards, and ensure overall process compliance.
